  • The event is Sunday, April 13, 2025, from 11:00 - 3:00 in downtown Pensacola, near Palafox Street and Government Street.

  • The event is in historic downtown Pensacola near Palafox Street and Government Street.

  • The purpose of the event is for attendees to have the opportunity to visit more than 60 nonprofit organization booths that will distribute information on the free services they provide, and also distribute essential items, such as backpacks, blankets, books, diapers, first aid kits, hygiene kits, pet food, school supplies, soap, socks, thermometers, toilet paper, toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, and underwear.

  • Absolutely! There will be games, music, free entrance to a children’s museum, face painting, prizes, a giveaway, and free entrance to the downtown YMCA for swimming and basketball. ALL FOR FREE!

  • There will be a lot of food! 12 food trucks and 7 snack vendors providing every form of cuisine and treat from American, Asian, BBQ, German, Gumbo, Mexican, Pizza, Soul, Cotton Candy, Ice Cream, Shaved Ice & Snoballs!

  • No. The event is free. You will be able to get your free admissions material at the event information booths.

  • Absolutely nothing. The event is free to all who attend.

  • There is plenty of free parking in downtown Pensacola on the day of the event, including disabled permit parking. Here is a link to the available free downtown parking. Be sure to park only in the free parking areas. Private lots do charge for parking on Sundays, including during the event.

  • No. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event. Sorry.

  • Yes. All the nonprofit booths and food trucks are set up on paved streets for easy wheelchair accessibility.

  • Yes. There will be portable toilets at the event, including disabled accessibility.

  • No. If the Sunday, April 13, 2025, event has to be canceled because of weather, we will post a notice on this website.

  • The participating nonprofits are limited to those providing free essential services to Northwest Florida residents. Participating nonprofits are limited and must apply by completing our online application at fredlevinfest.com/nonprofit-application.

  • Yes. Sponsorships are greatly appreciated. In fact, 100% of donated dollars go toward purchasing essential items to be distributed to attendees at the event, such as food, backpacks, blankets, books, diapers, hygiene kits, school supplies, soap, socks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, and underwear.

    Sponsors will be recognized on this website, on the back cover of the City of Pensacola Park and Recreation magazine, and on material distributed to the attendees.
